Anywhere But Here

I entered this combination of images in a show for "manipulated digital" sponsored by PostPicasso.com. It certainly didn't win anything, but it was fun to do. I threw it together in a few hours from a old postcard I had. The photo of me was taken in my office. I used a floor lamp for the light source, and I just made sure the shadows were consistent with the postcard. "I'm ditching this so-called town!"

Hi Ed, Did you notice that you are on the wrong side of the road, as if you are hitching on the shoulder looking into a field; perhaps waiting for the next combine to come along and give you a lift?

I've always been on the wrong side of the road.
yes, it was a bit flawed on geometrics. I'll have to search through my endless collection of old postcards to find one I can hitch in safely. By the way, who are YOU???
